Accounts and eligibility
Users must provide accurate account information and use only the tools permitted for their account. Seller, staff, moderator and administrator permissions are enforced by ArtDera's secure service.

Marketplace transactions
Artwork information, pricing, shipping estimates and order states must be accurate. A binding payment transaction is created only after the configured provider confirms payment.

Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the platform, impersonate another person, bypass protected communication or attempt prohibited sales.
